Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation for bookings are not allowed within 48 hours prior to check-in date.
3. Once bookings are made and guest(s) checked in, full stay will be charged accordingly.
4. Any changes to bookings will require cancellation of initial booking and must be made 2 days prior to check-in date.
5. Payments made are deemed forfeited if any amendments are made within 48 hours prior to check in date.
6. Once booking is received, hotel will charge full payment for the whole stay.
7. In case of No Show, full stay will be charged.
8. No partial refunds will be made for unutilized services and/or stays included in any bookings and/or packages offered at any time.
